FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Sunita brings with her a wealth of experience across the care, education, and recruitment sectors. With a degree in Child, Adolescence, and Family Studies as her foundation, she has dedicated over two decades to the education sector. Sunita’s professional journey has encompassed a diverse spectrum of roles, including recruitment manager, care coordinator, play worker manager, outreach worker, recruitment and development officer, cover supervisor, pastoral tutor, childcare assessor, nursery nurse, and teaching assistant. In other words, she understands the education sector inside out.
The inception of Placing People Direct was driven by Sunita’s profound desire to channel her extensive learning experiences back into the education sector and the broader society.
